This blog site is intended to provide information to the community of Certified Data Management professionals, and those interested in becoming certified.
What is the CDMP?
The Certified Data Management Professional designation is granted by the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals (ICCP) and the Data Management Association, International (DAMA-I). To attain certification, applicants must have documented experience in data management, pass three exams, and sign a code of ethics. To maintain active certification, holders must engage in ongoing professional development activities and document continuing education credits.
For more information about the CDMP, or how to become certified, visit the ICCP or DAMA-I Websites.

Hi Eva,
Looks lonely out there in blog land... just dropped by to check on DAMA and found that you had started this thing. Best of luck with it! Let's hope this helps build a sense of community for CDMPs...
